Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking to hire an experienced In a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department, "data hunting" (often formalized as list building, market prospecting, or lead generation) is the process of sourcing, verifying, and enriching customer, lead, or market information. The ultimate goal is to uncover new sales opportunities and fuel targeted marketing campaigns.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

·         Utilizing tools like Clear bit or ZoomInfo to append missing contact details (emails, phone numbers, job titles) to existing records.

·         Running deduplication scripts and fixing anomalies to ensure the CRM remains a reliable "single source of truth". Segmentation: Building complex filtering rules in CRM software to group customers by behavior, demographics, or value for localized campaigns.

·         Tracking key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline conversion rates, customer lifetime value) to prove ROI.

·         Identify and collect missing customer contact information (email, phone, job title, company) across external databases, public domains, and social networks.

·          Extract and build targeted customer lists to support outbound sales campaigns and marketing promotions.

·         Perform regular audits, deduplication, and data entry to keep the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) clean, accurate, and up to date.

·          Ensure all collected data strictly complies with data privacy and compliance regulations.

·         Build reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of data-driven campaigns and conversion metrics.
