Job Overview:

Dosen Electric Corporation is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Officer, Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires frequent field visits, effective communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to potential clients and promote company products/services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Identify business opportunities and generate leads for sales growth.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

• Provide product demonstrations and explain technical details to customers.

• Collect market insights and provide feedback to the sales team.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company professionally in all dealings with clients and stakeholders.

Starting salary will be BDT 15,000 per month. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the salary will be increased to BDT 18,000 per month. In addition, a food allowance of BDT 3,000 per month will be provided. Travel Allowance (TADA) will be paid as per discussion. The employee will be eligible for a sales commission of 0.75% upon achieving sales targets and a yearly sales target completion bonus of BDT 100,000. Other benefits include two festival bonuses per year, mobile bill allowance, and performance bonus as per company policy.
