Continuously seek to acquire new business in new markets while proactively negotiating and managing existing Agency sales and accounts and indirect sales channels. Deeply understand the market dynamics, and actively take measures to enhance the brand and market competitiveness of China Southern Airlines
Job Responsibilities
Revenue Generations
Acquire high value local trade partners as per agreed targets using an insights driven approach
Optimizing the utilization of available cargo capacity (e.g., maximizing airplane container space).
Actively initiate and follow up on sales actions, obtain sales leads and dynamically seek new business
Develop annual sales plans to maximize cargo space utilization, increase market share, and meet profit quotas.
Portfolio Management
Service the existing portfolio in order to maintain and grow the value (focusing on revenue growth)
Make regular sales visits to clients to conduct presentations, seminars, provide updates on products and services in order to enhance sales opportunities and facilitate sales
Negotiate rates, commissions and contracts in a timely manner against a background of data and yields to achieve the best return on investment and have a mutually beneficial outcome
Marketing Management
Formulate annual marketing plan and budget according to demand
Participate in various marketing activities according to the needs of the company
Ensure that a cohesive sales activity and marketing plan is in place and managed with each incentivized trade partner
