About the Position – Asst. Manager / Senior Executive – (Sales & Marketing)
Welcare Properties Ltd. is seeking energetic, self -motivated, and target -driven professionals to join its Sales & Marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate apartment sales for our prestigious residential project at Jolsiri thr ough effective client acquisition, relationship management, and sales conversion strategies.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, conducting project presentations, arranging site visits, maintaining regular follow -up with prospects, and successfully converting leads into sales. The role requires strong commu nication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills to achieve individual and organizational sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads for apartment sales through direct sales, referrals,
networking, and digital channels.
Promote and sell residential flats of the company's Jolsiri project.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
Maintain regular follow -up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Prepare sales reports, customer databases, and daily activity reports.
Assist in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Participate in property fairs, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities.
Hand le customer queries and provide professional sales support throughout the purchase process.
