Responsibilities & Context:
Contact prospective students and guardians through phone calls.
Explain study abroad opportunities, available destinations, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for counselors.
Conduct regular follow-ups with inquiries and existing leads.
Maintain and update ERP records accurately.
Convert inquiries into counseling sessions and admissions opportunities.
Handle student and guardian queries professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with counselors and admission teams for smooth lead handover.
Maintain call reports and performance records.
Support promotional campaigns, education fairs, and marketing activities when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
