We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to Lead Sales, Project Procurement, and Administrative functions within our real estate development division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring smooth operational and administrative execution across ongoing and upcoming projects. Will also be responsible for handling existing and new clients and ensure monthly instalments are paid on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial projects
Lead, manage, and monitor in-house sales teams and external broker networks
Oversee pricing, product positioning, and market penetration strategies
Ensure achievement of sales targets and timely inventory liquidation
Monitor sales pipeline, customer engagement, and collections
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and creating marketing plans.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, including following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to develop and implement sales programs that align with overall business objectives.
Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Maintaining knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations and laws.
Providing regular reports on sales performance, including sales metrics, sales forecasts and budget reports.
Participating in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
Develop and implement training programs that teach sales members how to get customers with continually coaching.
Responsible maintaining relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
Preparing the selling strategy of the company to achieve sales targets.
Analyzing trends and results and generates timely sales reports.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Providing guidance, support, and direction to the sales team, including setting targets and ensuring they are met, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a cohesive and motivated team.
Collaborating with senior management to develop sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives. This involves market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and proposing innovative approaches to increase sales.
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Tracking sales metrics, analyzing data, and preparing reports to evaluate performance against goals. Making necessary adjustments to strategies to improve results.
Collaborating in the development of sales budgets and forecasts, and managing resources effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
Working closely with all of sales colleague’s & team mate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and accounts finance to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and ensure a coordinated approach.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to anticipate opportunities or threats and adapt strategies accordingly.
Regularly communicating sales updates, strategies, and results to senior management and stakeholders, and contributing to the overall company strategy discussions.
Any other task instructed by the supervisor.

Land Procurement Management:
Plan and manage land procurement activities for construction materials, contractors, and services
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
Align land procurement schedules with project timelines
Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
Administration & Operations
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the real estate division
Coordinate with project Sales, Legal, and Security, Compliance teams for smooth execution.
Ensure proper documentation of land, contracts, approvals, and regulatory requirements
Supervise administrative staff and ensure operational efficiency
Maintain internal reporting systems and process discipline.
