Job Context:
We are looking to hire an experienced a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager for Sales & Marketing of CRM department in real estate is a target-driven role focused on driving revenue growth by generating leads, conducting site visits, negotiating with high-net-worth clients, and closing sales for residential/commercial projects.
Job Responsibilities:
· Drive project sales, meet monthly/quarterly targets, and negotiate to close deals.
· Implement promotional campaigns, conduct market research on competitors and pricing, and manage digital lead generation activities.
· Meet with prospective clients to present properties, conduct site visits, and build long-term relationships for referrals.
· Prepare sales documentation, client agreements, and booking forms while coordinating with legal and finance teams for seamless transactions.
· Collaborate with senior management on strategic sales plans, provide market feedback, and prepare reports on sales activities.
· Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive management.
· Overseeing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing and managing property handovers.
· Proven experience in real estate sales and team management.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment needs.
· Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.
· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
· Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
· Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth transaction process for clients.
· Provide clients with comprehensive information about properties, market conditions, and legal requirements.
