Responsibilities & Context:

• Market garment trims & accessories (elastic, narrow fabrics, etc.) to existing and potential customers.

• Develop new business opportunities and expand market share through customer visits and lead generation.

• Maintain strong relationships with buyers and ensure repeat business through regular follow-up.

• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations with catalogs and samples.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers and vendors based on costing.

• Coordinate with sampling, production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Track orders from confirmation to shipment and ensure on-time delivery.

• Assist in LC collection, payment follow-up, and commercial documentation.

• Maintain proper records of orders, approvals, and correspondence.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy.

• Prepare periodic sales reports and performance updates for management.

• Support annual sales planning, target setting, and key buyer relationship management.
