Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager – Energy Business to manage and expand strategic relationships with leading telecom operators and tower infrastructure companies across Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and key account management within the telecom or power infrastructure sectors. This role requires the ability to navigate complex technical and commercial discussions, drive multi-product solution sales, and collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key telecom and tower energy infrastructure clients in Bangladesh.

  • Drive sales across multiple product lines, including Lithium-ion and VRLA batteries, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), rectifiers, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and key technical, commercial, and supply chain stakeholders.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities; lead and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

  • Maintain strong engagement with top to mid-level management throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.

  • Work closely with OEM and Manufacturers to ensure timely, technically sound, and competitively priced solutions.

  • Conduct market analysis and gather industry intelligence to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.

  • Design and implement effective customer acquisition and retention strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
