Experience:

Job Context
Rupayan Hotel & Resort Limited is developing a prestigious Hotel & Resort project, currently under construction. We are looking for a highly experienced, strategic professional for the position of AGM/DGM - Hotel & Resort project & business operations, who will lead the project from the construction stage through successful pre-opening and full commercial operation.
Job Responsibilities
Lead project coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, procurement, and vendors during the establishment phase.
Lead the overall establishment process of new hotel & resort projects from pre-opening to full-scale operation.
Prepare strategic business plans, such as pre-opening budget, financial forecasts, manpower plan, and operational roadmap to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Provide operational input in design layout (rooms, F&B outlets, kitchen, BOH, engineering, etc.) and ensure project development aligns with hospitality operational requirements.
Lead recruitment, training, develop SOPs, operational policies, brand positioning, team formation for all departments, and service standards aligned with international hospitality benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, safety, and hospitality industry standards.
Drive revenue growth through effective pricing, branding, sales, marketing, and pre-opening launch activities.
Establish strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and strategic partners.
Oversee daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales & marketing, engineering, administration, guest satisfaction, and ensure exceptional service quality from the opening.
