We are seeking a Operations Manager to manage internal teams, enforce execution discipline, and ensure leadership-approved plans are delivered on time and to standard.
This role carries direct authority over assigned teams and team leads, including Marketing, Affiliate & Quality Control, and HR teams (local and international). The Project Manager acts as the primary operational bridge between senior management and execution teams, ensuring priorities are translated into tasks, KPIs are tracked, and deliverables are met. Strategic direction is set by senior leadership; this role owns execution planning, team coordination, performance tracking, and delivery accountability.

Manage coordination between Bangladesh-based teams and international employees to ensure alignment and continuity of work
Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure clear ownership across teams
Conduct regular check-ins with team leads to review progress, challenges, and upcoming deliverables
Enforce execution discipline, delivery standards, and accountability across all managed teams
Escalate execution risks, delays, or performance concerns to senior management with actionable recommendations
Translate leadership-approved directives into structured task plans, timelines, and milestones
Assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks using company-approved tools (ERP, CRM, task management platforms)
Track task progress and ensure deliverables are completed within scope and deadlines
Ensure proper task handover and continuity during employee leave, shift changes, or role transitions
Identify workflow bottlenecks or dependency issues and take corrective action
Build, maintain, and track KPIs for teams and departments, including productivity, delivery timelines, and execution quality
Monitor team performance through task trackers, dashboards, and internal systems
Prepare and present daily and weekly execution and KPI reports to senior management
Identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies and recommend corrective measures
Ensure all trackers, reports, and performance records remain accurate and up to date
Ensure teams strictly follow approved SOPs, workflows, and operational guidelines
Maintain consistency in execution standards across departments
Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to leadership
Support documentation of SOPs, workflows, checklists, and task flows when required
Work closely with HR teams to ensure operational alignment on staffing, onboarding, task allocation, and performance tracking
Coordinate execution and task management for HR-related initiatives and internal projects
Support management of international employees from an operational and execution perspective (task tracking, deliverables, reporting)
Ensure HR teams meet internal deadlines related to recruitment support, documentation, and compliance tasks
Act as the central communication link between senior management and all execution teams
Clearly communicate priorities, deadlines, and operational expectations
Ensure feedback, instructions, and updates flow accurately across teams and levels
Reduce miscommunication, execution errors, and rework through structured coordination
Monitor day-to-day execution to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of tasks
Identify operational risks, workflow disruptions, or team-level issues and resolve them promptly
Coordinate with Quality Control teams to maintain execution standards
Escalate critical issues to senior management with context and solution-oriented options
