Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Web Developer with strong expertise in Python and Node.js to join our remote engineering team.

This role is ideal for a backend-focused developer who is also comfortable working with modern frontend frameworks and performance-driven marketing websites. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications, APIs, landing page systems, and backend architectures that support high-volume lead generation campaigns in the U.S. market.

This is a night-shift remote role aligned with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Stack Web Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and/or Node.js.

• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Build and maintain high-converting marketing websites and landing pages.

• Ensure clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

2. Backend Engineering (Core Focus)

• Develop server-side logic using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask preferred) or Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred).

• Implement secure authentication, data validation, and business logic.

• Integrate third-party APIs and marketing platforms.

• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

3. Database & Infrastructure

• Design and manage databases, especially PostgreSQL (MongoDB is preferred) and relational databases.

• Write optimized queries and ensure proper indexing.

• Work with Docker for containerization and deployment environments (preferred).

• Collaborate on cloud-based deployment workflows.

4. Front-End Collaboration

• Develop or modify frontend components using HTML5, CSS3, Typescript.

• Work with modern frameworks such as React.

• Ensure responsive, mobile-first, and SEO-friendly implementations.

5. Performance & Optimization

• Optimize websites for speed, security, and conversions.

• Debug and troubleshoot production issues.

• Maintain code quality through testing and version control (Git).

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, design, and tracking teams.

• Support campaign tracking implementation and performance monitoring.

• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
