Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities – Virtual Assistant:
Research & Market Intelligence
Conduct in-depth research on platforms, competitors, advertisers, and industry trends
Analyze market developments and prepare concise insights and reports for management
Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and growth areas
Executive Support
Assist senior management with daily operational and administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, supporting email campaigns, and coordinating internal communications
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations based on research and data
Handle ad-hoc research and administrative requests to save executive time
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain, update, and organize data in spreadsheets, CRMs, and project management tools (Monday.com, HubSpot, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
Track and summarize key performance metrics for internal teams and campaigns
Prepare accurate dashboards, reports, and summaries for management review
Social Media & Content Support
Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and supporting campaigns
Create and edit AI-assisted content drafts (blog snippets, captions, summaries) under management guidance
Support email marketing and outreach initiatives to potential clients or partners
Workflow & Task Coordination
Support Project Managers by coordinating tasks and workflows with internal teams
Monitor task progress, deadlines, and deliverables to maintain operational consistency
Assist in cross-team communication to reduce bottlenecks and improve productivity
Event & Vendor Research
Research industry events, expos, conferences, and job fairs; provide recommendations
Identify and evaluate vendors or service providers; maintain organized record
Track competitor activities and campaigns for benchmarking and strategic planning
Compliance & Documentation
Assist with company paperwork, proposals, contracts, and filing while ensuring accuracy
Verify partner and vendor compliance with company and client requirements
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security and company guidelines
Organize and maintain structured digital documentation and files
Professional Communication
Manage daily communications including emails, follow-ups, internal messages, and client interactions
Ensure timely responses and maintain a high standard of professionalism
Support management in outreach efforts, email campaigns, and response tracking
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar administrative/research role
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly
Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and documentation management skills
High professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Tech-savvy; comfortable with Google Workspace, Calendly, Google Meet, and productivity tools
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Experience creating or editing AI-assisted content

Work Mode: Onsite & Remote
Shift: Semi-night, aligned with U.S. business hours
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (BD Time)
Breaks: 1-hour dedicated break + 30-minute refreshment break
Saturday is lighter, focused on follow-ups, reporting, planning, and internal meetings
Probation Period
3-month probation period
Performance evaluated based on reliability, communication quality, task execution accuracy, and consistency
Reports to: Senior Management / Higher Authorities
Compensation & Salary
Salary Range: BDT 20,000 – 40,000
Final salary determined based on experience, skills, and assessment performance
