Responsibilities & Context: PAID Internship for 3 (Three) Months (Full Time) Monthly Pay: BDT 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Only) Job Context We are looking for talented, self-motivated individuals who will be responsible for developing and delivering software and AI-driven solutions while maintaining established engineering standards within prescribed timelines. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable backend applications, REST APIs, machine learning solutions, and data-driven systems for banking and financial institutions in Bangladesh. Job Requirements Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python programming. Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns. Hands-on experience with Django and/or FastAPI framework. Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts and familiarity with common Python ML libraries (such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, or PyTorch/TensorFlow). Knowledge of REST API development and API integration. Good understanding of Oracle Database and PostgreSQL, including SQL and basic database design. Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands, shell environment, and server-side development. Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab). Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, Docker, CI/CD, or model lifecycle management is an added advantage. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Strong ability to understand and translate business requirements into scalable software solutions by following software engineering best practices (SOLID principles, OOP, design patterns) with proper impact analysis on existing systems. Ensure all functional requirements are delivered on time through proper unit testing, debugging, documentation, and adherence to coding standards. Experience Requirements Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. CGPA Requirement: Minimum 3.00. Additional Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Backend Development. Interest in self-learning emerging technologies and business domains. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work with minimal supervision. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and organized work habits.
