Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Sec-12, Road-6/B, House-04, Head Office / Hospital Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced IT Manager with strong practical knowledge of Mysoft Hospital Management Software to manage the organization`s hospital IT systems, software operations, IT infrastructure, and user support. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Mysoft Hospital Management Software. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to hospital users. Coordinate with OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Accounts, Billing, Reception, and Administration departments. Manage user access, permissions, software configuration, and system settings. Coordinate with the Mysoft vendor/development team for customization, troubleshooting, upgrades, and technical support. Train employees on the proper use of Mysoft software. Manage computers, printers, scanners, LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other IT equipment. Ensure regular data backup and system security. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues. Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation. Ensure minimum downtime of critical hospital IT systems. Prepare IT-related reports for management. Experience: 2–5 years of relevant IT experience. Experience in a hospital/diagnostic center will be preferred. Required Skills: Must have practical experience with Mysoft Hospital Management Software. Strong knowledge of hardware and networking. Knowledge of database management and backup. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and team-management skills. Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications. Employment Type: Full-time.
