Responsibilities & Context: Experience 1 to 2 years Candidates should have experience in the following business areas: Dairy Food (Packaged) / Beverage Manufacturing (FMCG) Additional Requirements Age: 20 to 38 years Only Male candidates can apply. Must have the original HSC pass certificate. Must have a National ID (NID) card. Must have a smartphone. Must have a strong willingness and positive mindset to work. Must have at least 1–2 years of practical experience in retail sales. Candidates with experience in Dairy and Frozen Food Sales will be given preference. Responsibilities & Context Responsibilities Achieve Sales Targets Achieve the company`s daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Increase sales volume and develop new markets. Collect orders according to the target and ensure product delivery to retailers. Market Visits & Customer Management Visit markets according to the daily route plan and perform sales activities. Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Identify new potential customers (prospects) and follow up with them. Work with all types of customers and play an active role in increasing sales. Product Promotion & Brand Awareness Ensure proper product display and POSM (posters, banners, danglers) setup at stores. Create market awareness during new product launches. Effectively communicate promotional offers, schemes, and discounts to customers. Market Analysis & Information Collection Collect information about competitor companies, product prices, new offers, and market trends. Provide regular reports to management (daily/weekly/monthly). Properly maintain records of returned orders, outstanding payments, and market recovery.
