Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Gazipur Responsibilities: Plan and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets. Manage manpower, machinery, materials, and production schedules efficiently. Monitor production quality, productivity, wastage, and downtime. Ensure compliance with SOP, safety, quality, and company policies. Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Planning, Warehouse, and other departments. Identify production problems and implement corrective actions. Prepare daily/monthly production reports and update management. Lead and motivate the production team to improve overall performance.
