Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Gazipur /Ashulia Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering department. Conduct time and motion studies for production improvement. Prepare operation breakdown, SAM, SMV, and capacity planning. Ensure line balancing and manpower optimization. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and labor performance. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Coordinate with production, planning, merchandising, and quality teams. Analyze production data and prepare efficiency reports.
