Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Factory at Kaliakoir, Gazipur Responsibilities: Lead and manage production of 800 computerized auto knitting machines by ensuring optimum utilization of production capacity, manpower, and machinery. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities according to production and shipment schedules. Ensure smooth production flow from panel receiving to final packing and control WIP at every stage. Monitor production targets, efficiency, productivity, manpower utilization, and machine capacity. Coordinate with Planning, Merchandising, IE, Quality, Washing, Finishing, and other departments to ensure on-time order completion. Identify production bottlenecks, delays, and quality issues and take timely corrective actions. Ensure compliance with approved samples, buyer requirements, quality standards, and production specifications. Control rework, rejection, wastage, overtime, and other production losses to improve cost efficiency. Lead and develop supervisors, line leaders, and production teams to achieve departmental targets. Maintain proper production reports and provide regular updates on production status and critical issues to Management. Drive productivity improvement, process optimization, Lean/5S initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Ensure proper workplace discipline, housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the production areas. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in a similar position. Must have practical experience in a sweater manufacturing facility. Strong hands-on experience in P2P (Panel-to-Pack) cycle management is required. Age: 35–45 years. Gender: Male.
