Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities: Conduct time study, method study and operation breakdown. Establish and review SMV/SAM for garment operations. Analyze line capacity, efficiency, and productivity and manpower requirements. Develop and optimize production line layouts. Conduct line balancing and identify production bottlenecks. Monitor hourly production, efficiency and productivity performance. Analyze downtime, lost minutes and production losses. Develop productivity improvement initiatives. Prepare capacity, efficiency and productivity reports. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality and other relevant departments. Support target setting and production performance improvement. Provide data-driven recommendations to management.
