Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Gazipur Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the activities of the assigned section. Ensure daily work is completed properly and on time. Allocate duties and responsibilities to team members. Monitor employees’ performance, attendance, and discipline. Maintain quality standards and ensure company policies are followed. Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations. Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management about work progress. Handle operational problems and take necessary corrective actions. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials. Train and guide team members when required. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
