Responsibilities & Context:
Core Responsibilities
Develop and execute Facebook & Meta Marketing Strategies to drive leads, sales, and brand growth.
Manage and optimize Facebook/Instagram Paid Ad Campaigns.
Manage Facebook Page, Content Strategy, Audience Engagement & Community Growth.
Conduct Audience Research, Competitor Analysis, Retargeting & A/B Testing.
Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS & Conversion Rate and optimize campaigns.
Regularly monitor and supervise Page Moderators to ensure timely responses, proper customer communication, and effective page management.
Regularly follow up with the marketing team, track progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Set daily/weekly targets and monitor overall team performance.
Coordinate with Content, Design & Sales teams for smooth campaign execution.
