Responsibilities & Context: Deptt. Planning Section P.P.C Sl. Description of Job / Responsibilities To ensure the PP Approval as T & A. To ensure the Bulk production file & sample receiving and provide to concern as plan. To make plan for Size-set sample cutting, print/embroidery, input sewing, reporting and handover for PP meeting. To make plan for trial goods cutting, print/embroidery, input sewing, reporting and handover for trial inspection. To ensure all H & M order cutoff-wise color/ size quantity breakdown making and providing to Production team/sewing lines. To prepare Comprehensive Plan. Do the entire necessary Job assign by Dept. Head. T & A report making and provide to Head office OD dept. According to the company policy you will recommend & approved the leave application of your subordinates. To avoid the abusive behavior & using of slang word in the work place. To give the guidance of doing right work at right time. Do not do anything before you understand the task accurately. You must have the quality of Leadership, Honesty, well Manner, good Communication skill, Patient, able to perform your job, & etc. You have to abide by company rules & regulations.
