• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Age 24 to 28 years

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop monthly content calendars for brand.

 Generate creative ideas for social media content & support content creation.

 Coordinate product photoshoot and video content requirements.

 Maintain regular content publishing schedules.

 Analyze social media insights.

 Research fashion trends and competitor activities.

 Suggest creative ideas based on market trends and data analysis.

 Support overall brand growth initiatives.

Maintain daily order tracking and sales records.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

• Follow up with potential customers to improve sales conversion. • Collect customer feedback and maintain customer records.

• Support store and operational activities whenever required.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or currently studying in BBA (Marketing, Management, Business Administration) or any related fields.

• Good communication skills in Bangla & English.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
