• 2–3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
• Excellent strategic thinking and content planning skills
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and visualization
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B lead generation
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to turn business objectives into actionable digital strategies
Responsibilities & Context:
• Develop digital growth & performance marketing strategies
• Plan and manage campaigns across Meta, Google & LinkedIn
• Create, write, and visualize content using multiple AI platforms
• Develop campaign concepts, creatives, funnels & content strategies
• Use LinkedIn Premium, Sales Navigator & other tools for B2B lead generation
• Research audiences, competitors, markets & growth opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ROI
• Generate qualified leads and contribute to overall business growth
