Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Visit assigned markets, retailers, wholesalers and distributors regularly. Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers. Ensure proper product distribution and market coverage. Take orders from retailers/customers and ensure timely delivery coordination. Monitor product availability, visibility and competitor activities. Promote company products and implement promotional campaigns. Collect payments from customers as per company policy. Submit daily market visit and sales reports to the supervisor. Provide regular market feedback to the management. Additional Requirements: Good communication and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Able to work under pressure. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Experience in FMCG/Food Product sales will be an advantage. Motorcycle riding ability and valid driving license will be preferred.
