Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: Operate and monitor packaging machines according to production requirements. Pack products accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Check product quantity, weight, labeling, and packaging materials before dispatch. Ensure proper sealing, labeling, and coding of packaged products. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packaging area. Identify and report packaging defects or machine-related problems to the supervisor. Follow workplace safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain packaging-related records and production reports. Ensure minimum wastage of packaging materials. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
