Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain daily accounts and financial records of Khadin.com.
- Record and reconcile customer payments from online and offline channels.
- Monitor payments received through Bank, MFS, payment gateways, COD and other channels.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and collection reports.
- Maintain supplier accounts and payable records.
- Prepare and process supplier settlement/payment according to company policy.
- Verify supplier invoices, purchase documents and payment requests.
- Manage and record customer refunds, cancellations and return-related financial adjustments.
- Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways, MFS and COD collections.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Monitor courier/COD collection and settlement.
- Prepare Profit & Loss, Cash Flow and other management reports when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
- Maintain and organize invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist management in budgeting, expense control and financial planning.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment of e-commerce transactions.
- Assist in VAT, Tax and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax/VAT consultants and relevant authorities when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company financial information.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and take necessary corrective action.
E-commerce Finance Responsibilities
The candidate should be comfortable handling:
- Customer order payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Payment gateway transactions
- bKash/Nagad and other MFS transactions
- Bank transactions
- Supplier payable/settlement
- Customer refund
- Return & cancellation adjustment
- Courier payment/settlement
- Product purchase cost
- Sales revenue reconciliation
- Commission/discount calculation
- Daily transaction reconciliation
