Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage and maintain the company's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

• Plan, create and publish engaging content for organic and paid marketing campaigns.

• Design promotional graphics, advertisements, project brochures and other marketing materials.

• Visit project sites to capture professional-quality photographs and videos for marketing purposes.

• Edit project videos, reels and promotional content for social media.

• Collect, organize and submit leads generated through digital marketing campaigns to the relevant departments.

• Maintain lead databases and track campaign performance.

• Maintain and regularly update the company's website, including project listings, images, videos and other content.

• Ensure the website remains functional, updated and user-friendly.

• Handle basic website administration, hosting and domain-related tasks.

• Provide basic IT support for office computers, software, printers, internet connectivity and other digital systems.

• Assist management in implementing and maintaining digital tools and office technology.
