Responsibilities & Context: Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities Ensure quality from raw materials to finished products for ice cream and other frozen food products. Regularly monitor the production process and conduct quality inspections. Maintain product quality, hygiene, food safety, and company quality standards. Inspect the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. Prepare quality-related records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with the production team to identify and resolve quality-related issues. Provide recommendations to management for quality improvement when necessary. Experience Candidates with experience in Quality Control or Food Manufacturing will be given preference. Fresh candidates with a strong relevant academic background may also be considered. Required Skills Good understanding of Quality Control and Food Safety. Strong team management and communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office.
