Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor ice cream production machinery properly and efficiently. Conduct regular checking of production machines and perform basic troubleshooting. Ensure proper machine operation according to production targets. Follow machine safety and workplace safety rules at all times. Report any technical issues during the production process to the supervisor or maintenance team. Assist with machine cleaning and routine maintenance activities. Experience Candidates with relevant machine operation experience will be given preference. Fresh Diploma Engineers are also encouraged to apply. Required Skills Basic technical knowledge of production machinery. Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
