Education: Bachelor’s / Honors in any discipline.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce / F-commerce sales, call center operations, or customer service.

Typing Speed:

English: Minimum 40 WPM

Bangla: Minimum 30 WPMS

kills & Competencies: Hands-on experience in E-commerce & F-Commerce sales management.

Background in Call Center operations and direct Customer Service & Sales.

Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with social media communication and CRM tools is a plus.

1. Handle incoming customer queries, chats, and calls across all digital sales channels (Website, Facebook, WhatsApp, Hotlines) via our omnichannel CRM platform.

2. Provide accurate product information and personalized skincare/haircare/cosmetics recommendations to customers.

3. Convert prospective leads into sales and efficiently manage order placement processes.

4. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and feedback with professional care and promptness.

5. Maintain high quality of customer service standards to foster long-term customer loyalty.
