We are looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, generating leads, handling customers, and converting leads into sales.

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.

• Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and improve conversion.

• Conduct SEO activities and monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.

• Generate, follow up, and manage leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, email, and other communication channels.

• Communicate with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate product/property information.

Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

Arrange and conduct customer meetings, property/product presentations, and site visits when required.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and explain offers, pricing, features, and benefits to customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure proper after-sales communication.

Create engaging social media creatives, banners, flyers, promotional materials, and other marketing content using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.

Create and edit promotional videos, reels, and property showcase videos for social media platforms.

Coordinate with the sales and management teams to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.

Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, sales conversion, and prepare regular reports.

Manage multiple projects and ensure all marketing and sales activities are completed within deadlines.
