Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair AC units, chillers, and ventilation systems Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems Diagnose and troubleshoot AC malfunctions promptly Monitor refrigerant levels and handle gas charging/refilling as needed Respond promptly to emergency AC/cooling issues Maintain maintenance logs and report equipment condition to supervisor Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling equipment Coordinate with other technical staff for facility upkeep Experience Requirements 2 to 4 years in a similar role Additional Requirements Sound knowledge of AC/HVAC systems and tools Physically fit and able to work in varied conditions Honest, punctual, and responsible Willingness to work in shifts, including emergencies Job Location: Cox’s Bazar Salary Negotiable Compensation & Other Benefits Mobile bill (if applicable), Festival Bonus (2) As per company policy
