Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: Monitor entry and exit points to control unauthorized access. Conduct regular patrolling of premises to detect and prevent security threats. Check and verify identity of visitors, vendors, and staff as per protocol. Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and report suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents. Maintain security logbooks, visitor registers, and incident reports. Ensure fire safety equipment and emergency exits remain accessible and functional. Assist in traffic and parking management within the premises. Enforce company rules, safety protocols, and security procedures. Coordinate with local law enforcement in case of serious incidents. Additional Requirements: Physically fit and alert with good eyesight and hearing. Honest, disciplined, and responsible. Basic communication skills in Bangla. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Age: 22 to 45 years. Salary: Negotiable. Employment Status: Full-time.
