Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Video & Photo Content Creation
On-Site Shooting: Capture raw, high-quality video footage and photos of cars receiving tint installations, LED bulb upgrades, and wiper testing.
Product Showcase: Produce engaging product demo videos highlighting key features (e.g., heat rejection tests for glass tints, night-vision light output for LEDs, streak-free performance of wipers).
Short-Form Video Production: Script, film, and edit trendy, high-converting short videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Watch).
2. Graphic Design & Post Editing
Design eye-catching promotional banners, carousel posts, price lists, and offer announcements using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Perform photo retouching and color grading on vehicle images to make before-and-after transformations visually striking.
Edit raw video clips with clear text overlays, subtitles, voiceovers, engaging transitions, and trending background music.
3. Social Media Management & Publishing
Maintain and manage all company channels (Facebook Page/Group, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Develop and maintain a consistent daily/weekly posting calendar.
Write persuasive, conversion-focused captions with accurate product details, pricing hooks, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
4. Sales Engagement & Customer Interaction
Respond promptly to comments, direct messages (DMs), and inquiries on posts to turn casual viewers into paying customers.
Direct warm leads to the sales/booking team or handle basic appointment scheduling.
Brainstorm creative promotional campaigns, limited-time discount strategies, and holiday package deals designed to boost sales.
5. Performance Tracking & Growth
Monitor post performance metrics (reach, engagement, video views, direct message leads).
Test different video styles, headlines, and posting times to discover what drives the highest revenue and lead volume.
Stay updated on automotive trends, viral video styles, and competitor activities to keep Vanguard AutoCare ahead in the market.
