Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Lunch Break: 1 hour

Working Days: 6 days per week

Weekly Off: 1 day off on a rotational basis

Target GEO: Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing customers in Bangladesh and generate sales by successfully closing deals.

Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.

Handle customer questions, objections, and inquiries professionally and effectively.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.

Follow up with customers when required and maintain proper communication throughout the sales process.

Maintain a persuasive, confident, and professional approach during every customer interaction.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Follow company sales procedures, policies, and quality standards.

Technical Requirements

Own PC/Laptop: Candidates must have their own reliable PC or laptop suitable for handling calls and work-related applications.

Strong Internet Connection: A stable and high-speed internet connection is required to ensure uninterrupted work.

Headset with Microphone: Candidates must have a good-quality headset with a clear microphone for professional customer calls.

Proper Work Setup: Candidates must have a suitable and quiet workspace with a proper PC/laptop setup, headset, microphone, and reliable internet connection.

Candidates should be comfortable working with computers, internet-based applications, and customer management systems.

Preferred Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in Bangla.

Good persuasive and sales communication skills.

Ability to handle customer objections and convert calls into successful sales.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, call center, or customer service will be an advantage.
