Responsibilities & Context: Employment Status: Internship Job Responsibilities Assist in inspecting raw materials, packaging materials, and finished food products. Support routine quality checks and basic laboratory testing. Monitor food hygiene, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the production floor. Assist in maintaining quality control records, reports, and documentation. Help ensure compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs. Report quality issues or non-conformities to the Quality Control Supervisor. Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities. Coordinate with the Production team to maintain product quality and food safety. Experience Requirements Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous internship or academic project related to food quality control will be considered an advantage. Additional Requirements Basic knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 principles. Strong analytical and observation skills. Good communication and documentation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to work in a food production environment. Job Location As per company requirement.
