We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Project Manager based in Bangladesh (Remote) to oversee daily operations, task execution, and cross-team coordination across multiple operational units globally.
This role will manage execution across teams in:
● Bangladesh
● United States (overseas staff)
The Project Manager will ensure seamless coordination between Bangladesh-based teams and U.S.-based staff, maintaining delivery consistency, SLA adherence, and operational alignment across time zones.
This role is execution-driven, not strategy-setting. Senior leadership defines priorities and direction; the Project Manager translates those decisions into structured execution plans, task ownership, accountability systems, and on-time delivery.
You will act as the operational command center—ensuring teams follow SOPs, deadlines are met, blockers are resolved quickly, and leadership has full visibility into progress and performance across international teams.
Scope of Operational Oversight:

● SaaS Operations
● Lead Generation Teams
● Virtual Assistance (VA) Teams
● Tech & Development
● Creative & Quality Control
● U.S.-based operational staff
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution (Primary Responsibility
● Break leadership-approved initiatives into actionable tasks, timelines, and milestones
● Assign responsibilities across Bangladesh and U.S.-based teams
● Ensure on-time delivery according to scope and defined SLAs
● Monitor cross-border execution flow and proactively resolve delays
● Manage multiple concurrent operational initiatives
2.International Team Coordination (Bangladesh & USA)
● Coordinate daily execution between Bangladesh-based and U.S.-based staff
● Align work schedules and handoffs across time zones
● Ensure smooth operational continuity between shifts
● Track responsiveness, output quality, and delivery timelines
● Escalate risks to leadership with solution-driven recommendations
● Maintain execution discipline across geographically distributed teams.
3.SaaS Operations Oversight (Execution-Level)
● Track SaaS product rollout timelines and internal implementation tasks
● Coordinate between tech, support, and client-facing U.S. staff
● Ensure onboarding workflows and support tickets are completed within SLAs
● Monitor issue resolution cycles and reporting accuracy
● Support scaling initiatives and system upgrades
4.Lead Generation Operations Management
● Oversee daily lead generation targets and tracking systems
● Coordinate between marketing buyers, tracking teams, and reporting staff
● Ensure lead validation and compliance processes are followed
● Maintain quality control standards and reporting accuracy
● Track performance data flow between U.S. and BD teams
5.Virtual Assistance (VA) Operations Management
● Monitor client task assignments and turnaround times
● Ensure SLA compliance for U.S.-based clients
● Coordinate task prioritization across multiple clients
● Maintain reporting discipline and accountability
● Support workload balancing during peak demand periods
6.SOP, Process & Workflow Management
● Ensure global teams follow standardized SOPs
● Identify execution inefficiencies and recommend improvements
● Maintain updated documentation for cross-border workflows
● Standardize reporting formats across departments
● Improve coordination between U.S. and Bangladesh operations
7.Reporting & Management Visibility
● Maintain task tracking systems (ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Asana, ERP)
● Provide structured daily and weekly execution reports
● Track KPIs related to:
○ On-time delivery
○ SLA compliance
○ Task completion rates
○ Cross-team efficiency
● Ensure leadership has real-time visibility into global operational health
● Identify recurring bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions
8.Cross-Functional Communication
● Act as the operational bridge between leadership and distributed teams
● Maintain structured, professional communication standards
● Clarify priorities and deadlines across time zones
● Reduce miscommunication and rework between BD and U.S. teams.
9.High-Pressure & Scaling Support
● Manage coordination during launches, scaling phases, and peak periods
● Support rapid execution of leadership directives
● Maintain delivery consistency under high workload conditions
● Stabilize cross-border operations during business expansion

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (BD Time)
(Aligned with U.S. business hours)
Saturday Focus: Light operational coordination, reporting, planning, and follow-ups.
Probation Period
3-month probation period
Performance will be evaluated based on execution accuracy, international coordination efficiency, communication quality, and operational stability.
