Responsibilities & Context:
Job role: Responsible for supervising and managing all security operations during the assigned shift.
Key deliverables:
Supervise and manage security personnel, ensuring proper development, performance and discipline.
Monitor access control, visitor and vehicle movement and overall facility security.
Conduct regular patrols and promptly identify, report and address security threats or breaches.
Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports nd respond effectively to emergencies or alarms.
Ensure functionality of all security equipment and provide guidance/training to staff as needed.
