Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
2–7 years of relevant experience in administration and/or facility management.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities·
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)·
Strong organizational and multitasking skills·
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Coordination and management of various administrative issues. Dealing with discipline matters like monitoring security, housekeeping, health & safety, and other compliance issues as per labor law.
Maintaining good working environment and neat and clean working place for all the time on his/her own responsible area.
Ensuring all checklists is updated on his/her own responsible area.
Properly monitoring all wastage and keep it in proper way and ensure cleanliness of both canteens.
Participation in opening and closing as per roaster made by factory management.
To ensure and implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards and conduct internal audit to find out the non-compliance issues.
Monitoring all employees' safety issues about health & safety, fire safety, accidents & rout case analysis on daily basis.
Properly monitoring training such as orientation, health and safety, fire training, first aid MSDS, security awareness training and so on.
Maintaining discipline and ensuring that all workers and staffs are wearing ID card, uniform, scarfs and caps at the entrance on the building.
Ensure safety, product safety and compliance activities. Always update asset list in responsible area.
Aware all employees about their rights and facilities provide by the organization.
To maintain relationship between worker and management to avoid any grievance. Handle any grievance issue in proper way.
Have to maintain a record of all monthly cost. Ensure monthly cleaning of water reserve tank and drainage around the factory premises.
Assist to conduct monthly fire & emergency evacuation drill as per program/rules/policy Continuous improvement of housekeeping, health & safety, discipline, problem analysis and solution.
Office decoration, arranging party, tree plantation & gardening, emergency blood collection when required.
Have to maintain a record of all monthly cost.
Any other related job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
