Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or a similar role, preferably in a Battery Manufacturing Plant.
Proficiency in computer applications is required.

Job Context:
The role is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations across the factory and corporate office by overseeing day-to-day office administration, maintaining facilities, assets, and workplace environment, coordinating with vendors and service providers for essential support services, managing employee welfare arrangements, and ensuring proper handling of administrative documentation, compliance requirements, and regulatory matters while supporting HR and cross-functional organizational activities to maintain an effective and well-organized working environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations and HR issues of the factory and corporate office.
Maintain office facilities, utilities, and ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
Manage office assets, furniture, equipment, and inventory records.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and other support services.
Monitor and supervise transport, canteen, accommodation, and other employee welfare facilities, where applicable.
Process and maintain administrative documents, agreements, licenses, permits, and renewal schedules.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, training sessions, and official programs.
Prepare administrative reports, budgets, and expense statements as required by management.
Ensure proper management of office stationery, consumables, and procurement requests.
Liaise with government offices, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders for administrative matters.
Support HR and other departments in executing organizational activities and employee engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and administrative procedures.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management from time to time.
Maintain & update PABX, CCTV of the factory.
