Responsibilities & Context:

Brothers Translation Center Ltd. is looking for a smart, responsible, confident and client-focused Operations Manager / Office Manager to manage daily office operations, client communication, employee follow-up, service coordination and sales/payment follow-up.

The ideal candidate should be serious, disciplined, long-term career-oriented and comfortable handling clients, staff, documentation-related services and daily office responsibilities.

This position is suitable for candidates who can work with responsibility, communicate professionally and contribute to business growth through client handling, service explanation and proper office management.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily office operations.

  • Monitor employees and follow up on daily work progress.

  • Assign tasks to staff and ensure timely completion of work.

  • Communicate with clients professionally through phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person meetings.

  • Explain company services to clients and handle client queries confidently.

  • Follow up new client leads and help convert inquiries into service orders.

  • Coordinate invoice, estimate, payment follow-up and due collection.

  • Manage customer complaints, delivery deadlines and service quality.

  • Track orders related to Translation, Attestation, Notary, Affidavit, Visa/Documentation and other official document services.

  • Maintain office discipline and professional client service environment.

  • Prepare and provide daily sales/work reports to the Managing Director.

  • Coordinate between clients, staff and management to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Support overall office growth through proper communication, follow-up and service coordination.


Educational Requirements

  • Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree from any reputed institution.

  • Candidates with good communication skills and practical office experience will be given preference.


Experience Requirements

  • Freshers may apply if they are smart, confident and willing to learn.

  • Experience in office management, client handling, customer service, sales, consultancy office, visa/documentation office or service-based organization will be preferred.

  • Translation, visa, documentation, notary, affidavit or consultancy-related office experience will be an added advantage.


Additional Requirements

  • Female candidates will get priority.

  • Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Must be skilled in MS Word, Excel, Email and WhatsApp communication.

  • Must have client handling and negotiation skills.

  • Must be confident in managing staff and daily office tasks.

  • Must be smart, polite, punctual, responsible and disciplined.

  • Must have a professional attitude and good presentation skill.

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Must be target-oriented and service-focused.

  • Must be comfortable with client communication and payment follow-up.

  • Must be interested in long-term work.
