• Age 25 to 45 years

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in Thai, Chinese, or Pan Asian cuisine environments

• Prior experience managing teams of 10+ staff

• Strong knowledge of fine dining or upscale casual service standards

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysProficiency in Bengali and English (spoken and written)Based in or able to commute to Banani/Gulshan

• Experience in Dhaka's upscale dining scene preferred

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting preferred

• Understanding of Asian cuisine and menu knowledge preferred

• Manage all front-of-house operations including reservations, seating, service flow, and guest experience

• Lead, train, and schedule a team of service staff, ensuring consistent standards

• Coordinate with the kitchen on menu execution, timing, and service readiness

• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues on the spot

• Monitor daily covers, revenue, and table turnover; report to ownership

• Manage inventory for FOH consumables, bar stock, and mise en place

• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance at all times

• Oversee opening and closing procedures

• Maintain vendor relationships for FOH-related supplies

• Support recruitment and on-boarding of service staff
