We are a reputed IATA-accredited travel agency in Bangladesh, providing comprehensive travel solutions to its clients. With a strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Agent Manager to lead our operations and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the travel agency, ensuring smooth workflow.

• Supervise ticketing, reservation, and customer service teams.

• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, GDS providers, and travel partners.

• Monitor market trends and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and company policies.

• Handle group travel, corporate clients, and special travel arrangements.

• Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain service excellence.

• Prepare monthly performance reports and assist in financial planning and budgeting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a travel agency, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of IATA procedures and GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

• Proficiency in English and Bangla.
