- Proficiency in English and Bangla.

- Supervise ticketing, reservation, and customer service teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with airlines, GDS providers, and travel partners.
- Monitor market trends and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and company policies.
- Handle group travel, corporate clients, and special travel arrangements.
- Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain service excellence.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and assist in financial planning and budgeting.
