Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and ensure timely service support.
Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities and partnerships.
Research and target potential corporate companies for service collaboration.
Coordinate with outdoor/service teams to ensure smooth installation, maintenance, and support activities.
Communicate regularly with corporate clients regarding service updates, feedback, and requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for corporate clients.
Maintain service records, visit schedules, and reports using Google Sheets or CRM.
Handle client complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution with relevant teams.
Support corporate business growth through client satisfaction and service improvement.
