Experience:
Professional Certification/Training (Preferred): Administrative Management, Facility Management, Transport/Fleet Management, Security Management, Investigation & Incident Reporting, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Fire Safety & Emergency Response, Hospitality Management, Customer Service, ISO Standards, or other relevant professional training.
Sound knowledge of administrative operations, transport management, security monitoring, and hospitality services.
xperience in conducting investigations and preparing incident reports will be considered an advantage.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential matters professionally.
We are seeking a proactive, disciplined, and experienced Admin Officer to oversee and coordinate administrative operations, transport management, security and investigation activities, hospitality services, and employee facility management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a safe, secure, and professional working environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities.
Supervise overall safety, security arrangements, and conduct preliminary investigations as required.
Regularly monitor office dining facilities to ensure high-quality service.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance across all office premises.
Supervise and regularly monitor company transport operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and proper vehicle utilization.
Monitor CCTV systems and security protocols to ensure the safety of all personnel and assets.
Provide excellent hospitality to visitors, guests, and business partners; coordinate all guest-related logistics.
Monitor company dormitories, ensuring proper facilities and services for employees staying there.
Organize meetings, corporate events, and travel logistics as per company requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all administrative and operational activities.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on administrative activities, incidents, and facility management to Management.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the HOD or Honorable Management Authority.
