1. Team Leadership: Direct, train, and monitor the performance of online customer service representatives, page moderators, and packaging/fulfillment specialists to ensure rapid response times and high conversion rates.

2. Livestream Sales Coordination: Oversee the operational backend for interactive digital sales channels (such as high-traffic Facebook Live sessions), managing real-time stock allocation and order logging.

3. Inventory & Data Reconciliation: Actively utilize tracking databases and inventory management systems to sync website/social media stock levels, preventing overselling of highly demanded designer collections.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Take charge of critical digital escalations, managing premium client disputes, courier issues, or item returns smoothly to preserve the brand's online rating.

5. Logistics & Fulfillment Management: Coordinate directly with reliable third-party logistics (3PL) partners and courier services inside and outside Dhaka to maintain standard delivery timelines.

6. Performance Monitoring: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing online sales targets achieved, conversion ratios, customer churn analysis, and platform performance.
