Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional office administration experience.
Previous experience with a foreign recruitment agency in Bangladesh is mandatory.
Proven experience in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and client communications.
Experience in overseas recruitment administration and documentation.
Ability to coordinate with foreign employers, recruitment partners, and candidates.
Strong experience in preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing administrative documentation.
Experience in visa processing, work permit documentation, and recruitment compliance will be an advantage.
Previous experience in managing office operations and supporting senior management is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Maintain communication with clients, candidates, overseas employers, and business partners.
Prepare reports, official correspondence, presentations, and administrative documents.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and confidential files.
Coordinate recruitment-related documentation and administrative processes.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
Support management in implementing operational procedures and business objectives.
Ensure efficient office workflow and administrative compliance.
Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other office applications.
